HerculesDMS is described as a “hosted solution” or “software as a service,” meaning the application is completely managed and maintained on our dedicated servers. HerculesDMS requires no IT infrastructure or software aside from an Internet connection and standard web browser.
• What are the system requirements for HerculesDMS?
HerculesDMS is a completely hosted solution. The only software required for users is a standard web browser.
HerculesDMS has been tested successfully with the following browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 and higher, Mozilla Firefox 2 and higher, Google Chrome 1, and Apple Safari 3 and higher.
• How many hotel properties can be added under an account?
When a new account is created within HerculesDMS, it is configured with the number of property licenses purchased. Administrators can create additional properties as needed – additional licenses will be billed at the end of each billing cycle.
• How many files / photos can be added under each Hotel?
At this time, HerculesDMS has no limit on file number or total storage used.
• How many users can be added to an account?
HerculesDMS licensing is on a per-property basis. Unlimited users, files, and storage are presently included under each license.
• What support options are available?
Included with a new user account is one group online training session, a customized user’s manual, and telephone and email user support. If you have specific support needs in addition to the above, contact us to discuss support options.
